Precision Machining Services

CNC MACHINING SERVICES

As a Missouri CNC machine shop, KCSP Machine is equipped to handle a range of CNC components. The 3- and 4-axis machines that make up our facilities allow for tight tolerance machining and milling of high-precision parts. Our efficient CNC mills can handle parts up to 42” in length.
CNC TURNING SERVICES

Turning services at our Kansas City Machine shop include both CNC and manual processes. Our sophisticated CNC lathes can turn parts up to 12” in diameter. While our screw machines can handle larger volumes, our CNC lathes offer a sweet spot of low- to medium-volume, higher mix production.
SWISS & SCREW MACHINING SERVICES

When KCSP Machine first opened as Kansas City Screw Products, our screw machine service was the core of our business. We’ve updated our capabilities since 1946, adding advanced Swiss machining, which is one of our most requested services. Our Swiss and screw machines can handle high volumes of components up to 2 ¼” in size.
